What an irony!!! Susana's last name happens to have the word "VEX" in it. According to the online dictionary the word vex means, "Make someone worried, especially with trivial matters". As in Susana Vexler will not take her garbage out. So now we all have to go to Criminal Court and file Protection Orders.
Susana Vexler is the meanest, stupidest most self centered creature I have ever met in my entire life. Her arrogance is astounding and nothing regurgitates out of the void known as her mouth but LIES. American Jewry marched for the release of Susana Vexler who is a Russian Jew from Jew hating Russia over thirty years ago to the virgin state of Israel known to me as Ear Miklat - the City for Refugees of which I am one. And this is how she repays her own people and the Jewish God for its compassion.
POLICE OFFICER FARID OVABI
On April 4, 2017, at about 11:00 a.m., I heard knocking at my door. Two male police officers, one named Shimon Abraham, who spoke English, and the other named Farid Ovabi, who spoke Hebrew, collected the envelope sealed documents, which contained the ninety day temporary Protection Order I had filed against Vitlay Zezkav, the Akko Court House had entrusted me with to give to the Karmiel Police. Then, Farid Orabi signed a receipt that the police received the paperwork from me. After that, police Officer Farid Ovabi gave the receipt to me.

On April 9, 2017, at about 11:30 a.m., I heard knocking at my door. Two male police officers, one who was Farid Orabi, gave me paperwork from the Akko Court. Then, Farid Orabi had me sign a receipt that I received the Akko Courthouse paperwork. After that, he took the receipt from me.
Susana Vexler, the female next-door neighbor, on April 6, 2017, had filed a ninety day temporary Protection Order against me. Seven days later was a trial date deciding if she was going to get a permanent 90 day Protection Order against me. I was supposed to show up in the Akko Court House on April 13, 2017, at 12:30 p.m., to explain why her request for it was unwarranted.

However, I did not show up for the hearing because I did not know what the paperwork was for since police officer Farid Ovabi did not have the decency to inform me. I erroneously had believed it was a document containing testimony from the police officer that he served the temporary ninety day Protection Order on Vitlay Zezkav, the violent male who had attempted to commit assault and battery on me.
On April 21, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., I went to the Karmiel Police Station to tell Farid Ovabi how upset I was that he did not tell me what the paperwork was that he had delivered to me and had me sign. Because he did not explain what the paperwork was for I missed my court date to contest Susana’s Protection Order against me. But before I had a chance to say anything to Farid Ovabi, he showed up and just stared at me without so much as a “Hello”. “Farid?” I said. He replied in Hebrew by saying to me in an obnoxious tone of voice, “You do not know who I am?” I countered, “I do not remember faces only names.” He accepted my explanation as to why I did not recognize him. Then, he motioned me over to the front desk where several male policemen were just standing about. After that, I was scared to say anything back to him being that I was surrounded by police officers that were going to be witnesses to whatever I said to their fellow police officer, Farid Ovabi.
However, I was not going to be victimized by Farid Ovabi’s rudeness and nasty attitude. I was mad! So I told him in Hebrew, “F.U.B.A.R." - which means 'Fowled Up Beyond All Repair' - You are a baby. You have no intelligence and no heart. You are full of nonsense. You know English. You know this paperwork (I pointed to the court papers he had given me regarding the court date I had missed to contest Susana Vexler's petition for a permanent Protection Order against me because he did not tell me what it was). You did not tell me what these papers are. And it is important.” Farid Ovabi was silent. Then, he said in Hebrew, “You know Hebrew”. I rebutted angrily, “Not enough.” Farid Ovabi said nothing. Then, he told me in Hebrew that he had something else for me to sign. But again, he refused to inform me as to what the paperwork was for. So I refused to sign for it. He let me know that he was going to tell the court that I will not sign for it. I told him in English indignantly, “You do not tell me what the paperwork is. I do not sign for it”. After that, I left the police station and I went home.

On April 24, 2017 at about 9:00 a.m., I went to the Akko Court House and got a copy of what the paper was that I refused to sign for Farid Ovabi. It was a testimony from the violent male who attempted assault and battery on me shamelessly LYING that he is not guilty because I have no proof that he is.
On 4/24/17, at about 9:00 a.m., I went to the Akko Court House and filed an Appeal (according to Israeli Law I have thirty days to) for my missed hearing date of 4/13/17 at 12:30 p.m. for Susana Vexler's petition for a permanent Protection Order against me.

A Public Defender helped me file out the paperwork for an Appeal in Hebrew. He informed me that the Judge who made the Hearing, whose name is William Hamed, is going to grant me my Appeal because this Judge never got the paperwork showing that I was aware that such a Hearing was taking place on April 13, 2017 at 12:30 noon, and since this Judge wants to hear both parties.

What an irony!!! Police Officer Farid Ovabi did not deliver the paperwork that I had signed for him on April 9, 2017, to the Court House by April 13, 2017. So thanks to Police Officer Farid Ovabi's F.U.B.A.R., Judge William Hamed did NOT grant Susana Vexler a permanent Protection Order against me. Instead, Judge William Hamed postponed the Hearing.

LAWYER ELIEZER ROODYN
Being a new immigrant, who does not speak the native language, and who does not know the legal system, I had no recourse but to hire a lawyer to see if he can help me with my legal matters against Susana Vexler.
On April 25, 2017, I went and saw a lawyer, whose name is Eliezer Roodyn, whose partner is Koren Newmark. Their office is located on 2 HaGalil Street, Suite 225, Karmiel, Israel. Phone: 046760078. Fax: 046760079. E-mail: law.roodyn@gmail.com. His fee was 8,000 Israeli Shekels (about $2,000 U.S. Dollars) for him to represent me.
However, at the end of our consultation, the lawyer sprung on me that my lawyer fee will be used to secure a mutual protection order that will apply to both Susana Vexler and myself versus just a protection order for me against Susana Vexler. So my final reaction was, "Forget it! Why woulda, shoulda, coulda I have to pay money for mutual protection orders when Susana Vexler is the trouble maker and I am the trouble breaker?" I declined his lawyer services.
JUDGE WILLIAM HAMED
Susana Vexler lets her violent male visitor Physically Attack me, and Susana Vexler violates police orders of, "No Contact" with me. Yet Susana Vexler petitions for a Protection Order against me that is NOT based on any injury to her person or threat of damage to her person by me. But Judge Zahava Banar grants Susana Vexler a temporary ninety day Protection Order against me. Susana Vexler ought not be awarded any Protection Order at all!!!
Judge Zahava Banar granted Susana Vexler a ninety day temporary Protection Order on April 6, 2017.

On April 26, 2017, I received a telephone call from the Akko Court House informing me that Judge William Hamed had rescheduled the Hearing on April 13, 2017 at 12:30 noon regarding Susana Vexler's petition for a permanent Protection Order against me for May 7, 2017 at 11:30 a.m.
On May 1, 2017, I sent a fax to the Akko Court House requesting a translator for my new Hearing date of May 7, 2017 at 11:30 a.m.
On May 4, 2017, the Akko Court House approved my request.

On May 7, 2017, at 11:30 a.m., I was present for the Hearing but Susana Vexler was not. I suspect she was a "no show" to retaliate against me for my not being present at the first Hearing of April 13 , 2017, at 12:30 noon.
I had legitimate reasons for not being there. I was a new immigrant.
a) Police Officer Farid Ovabi did not have the decency to inform me as to what the court papers were he demanded I sign for.
b) I do not know Hebrew well enough to know what the court papers said.
c) I do not know the Israeli legal system yet to know how to navigate my way thru ensuing legal battles.
Judge William Hamed asked me why I was there. I explained to him why I believe Susana Vexler ought not be awarded any Protection Order. I said, "Susana wrongfully states that I BANGED on her DOOR with a HAMMER. Susana’s violent male visitor physically attacked me. So NO I did NOT bang on Susana’s door with a hammer. I was too scared to go near Susana’s apartment. I have proof the violent male is Susana’s visitor. Here is a photo of him staring at my closed apartment door with Susana’s apartment door open". I presented the photo with the violent male visitor's menacing glare to the Judge.

The Judge then asked me how I was physically attacked. I answered, "TWICE he FORCEFULLY entered my apartment without my permission by SHOVING me backwards into my own home. Then, he threw Susana’s pizza trash from the hallway onto my chest. After that, he tried to hit me in the face with his fist but he missed".

The Judge asked me why he physically attacked me. I answered, "I do not know. Here is a photo of the nail and painting I was putting on my wall, which Susana’s apartment and my apartment share. Abruptly the Judge announced that he was ending the Hearing and rescheduling it so both Susana Vexler and I can be present. The new Hearing was scheduled for May 14. 2017.
My interpreter Mirta Israel added that due to the evidence I had presented to the Court the Judge had decided to rescind Susana Vexler's temporary ninety day Protection Order.

On May 14, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. I was present for the Hearing. Susana Vexler was fifteen minutes late and brought her "boyfriend" - her violent male visitor who physically attacked me. On the surface he pretended like he was "innocent". But his non-verbal body language revealed that he was "guilty". For the entire session he looked down at the desk he was sitting at in shame. Not once did his eyes venture away from it. Nor did he ever look at me. Meanwhile, Susana Vexler shamelessly LIED like a bully that her boyfriend had not physically attacked me. I countered her by stating the fact that she was not even there when he attempted assault and battery on me. But Susana Vexler was also a coward who not once had the courage to look at me. Instead, she kept her eyes averted away from my face in spite of her haughty air that was so thick it was stifling.
The Judge and Susana Vexler talked in Hebrew for a short while before the Judge asked me to speak. I took the opportunity to show him another piece of evidence in which Susana Vexler's "boyfriend" was harassing me. I presented a photo to the Judge that displayed Susana Vexler's boyfriend putting a lock on the electric box so that I cannot enter it in the event I have to in order to switch the breakers to turn electricity on in my home.

As in the previous Hearing, once again, abruptly the Judge announced that he was ending the Hearing. But before he was able to I asked him if he will listen to one more thing I had to say. To my surprise he agreed to. I told the Judge, "Susana wrongfully states that the TRASH left in the HALLWAY is mine. I have proof the trash is Susana’s NOT mine. Here is a photo of Susana’s trash on my side of the hallway. Notice how it is blocking my entrance and exit. It is NOT blocking Susana’s entrance and exit."

The Judge said nothing to what I had just presented before him. Instead, he made a public announced verdict that he was issuing a permanent ninety day Mutual Protection Order. This meant that neither Susana Vexler nor I can contact each other and both Susana Vexler and I are forbidden from putting trash on one another's side of the hallway.

I was exceedingly happy that, thanks to Judge William Hamed presiding over my legal case, my desire to NOT have to deal with Sarah Cynthia Sylvia Stout who will not take her Garbage Out ordeal was now on court surveillance.

Meanwhile Susana Vexler left the court room with the most miserable expression on her wretched face that I have ever seen. Her petition for a permanent Protection Order - misuse of the Court System - against me utterly backfired on her instead.
But I did wonder why a Mutual Protection Order was the ruling and not a one sided Protection Order in my favor? I believed I had presented enough evidence to prove to the Judge that it was I who was telling the truth. Until my interpreter Ana Ganapol informed me that this is how they do it in Israel. There are so many bad neighbors she said that it bogs down the legal system. So the courts decided a one-size-fits-all verdict of the Mutual Protection Order for basically "he said she said" legal cases just like lawyer Eliezer Roodyn had told me. And here I was certain I was the only one who had the Dante's Inferno from the Tenth level of Hell neighbor in the entire country.
Ana also shared with me that she had a bad neighbor herself who left their garbage on her side of the hallway in the apartment she lived in. She asked the bad neighbor to remove her garbage but the neighbor ignored her repeated requests. So Ana moved away. And herein lies the problem. Running away is not the solution to bullying. Bullying will only continue to get worse if we flee. The reason it is so difficult to stop a bully from being a bully is because too few people protest, resist, and confront bullying. We have to stay our ground and fight back. Bully(s) are cowards. So if just a small percentage of people refuse to be intimidated and/or manipulated by the bully, the bullying will stop.
Well, I got what I wanted and needed. And I did not have to pay any money for it as petitioning for a Protection Order thru the court system is FREE. The Trash Saga is over. At least for the next three months. Afterwards, I can petition to renew the Protection Order against Susana Vexler if like Sarah Sylvia Cynthia Stout she still refuses to take her garbage out by leaving it on my side of the hallway.
THE KARMIEL POLICE DEPARTMENT
On May 22, 2017, I went to the Karmiel Police to give them the three month permanent Mutual Protection Order Court Document. The Akko Courthouse per Judge William Hamed had instructed me to bring it to them. I turned to the document's last page and showed the police officer where it stated in Hebrew that the Police were supposed to receive it. But he refused to accept it and started arguing with me in Hebrew that the Police were not suppose to take it. I tried to hand it to him but he kept his palms closed. I attempted to enter his office to leave it on his desk but he stretched his six and one half foot tall frame to its full height and extended his arms and legs shoulder width apart to prevent me from doing so. He started yelling at me in Hebrew. Someone who was translating for us told me in English that this police officer did not know what to do with the court papers. Now this police officer started yelling at the translator in Hebrew, "Don't tell her that I do not know what to do!" That much of the Hebrew conversation I did understand. Thoroughly disgusted with this police officer's lousy attitude and incompetence, I rolled my head and my eyes upwards toward the ceiling and simply dropped the three month permanent Mutual Protection Order Court Document onto the floor in front of him and walked out of the Police Station.

I was confident that there was not going to be anymore Susana Vexler trash incidents being that she now had a Protection Order ruling against her not to leave her trash on my side of the hallway.
On June 16, 2017, at about 6:00 in the evening, I heard Susana Vexler yelling followed by a loud slamming of her apartment door. I looked thru my peephole to see what all of the commotion was about. Lo and behold, I saw a large black bag full of her trash defiantly sitting on my half of the hallway that we share. She was mad about God knows what and clearly in violation of our Mutual Protection Order.

Susana Vexler violated the court order and she did so only once. But that was all that was necessary for me to have a legal case to get an extension to our Mutual Protection Order.
On August 6, 2017, I went to the Akko Court House and filed a petition to extend Susana Vexler's and my Mutual Protection Order for as long as the law allows, which is one year.

On August 13, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., I was present for the scheduled Hearing. Susana Vexler did not show up for the Hearing at all. And being that the Protection Order is Mutual Susana Vexler cannot appeal it. Judge Zahava Banner was presiding over the Hearing. She asked me, "Why are you here?" I answered, "To extend Susana Vexler's and my Mutual Protection Order for as long as the law allows because Susana Vexler violated court orders by leaving her trash on my side of the hallway".
Judge Zahava Banner asked me, "Didn't Susana Vexler file for this Protection Order?" (She was the Judge that granted it to her on April 6, 2017). I answered, "Yes. Originally it was her Protection Order against me. However, Judge William Hamed rescinded it and ruled it a Mutual Protection Order for the both of us".
I then handed Judge Zahava Banner a copy of the three month permanent Mutual Protection Order that Judge William Hamed had issued to Susana Vexler and myself on May 14, 2017.

Judge Zahava Banner studied it for a little while. After that, she suddenly announced that my request was granted and extended the permanent Mutual Protection Order for one year.
However, Judge Zahava Banar's Verdict stated that...
"The announcement was made at the request of the applicant."
It was I, Elana Laham, the respondent who made the request for the extension of the Mutual Protection Order. The applicant, Susana Vexler, did not even attend the Hearing.
Also, Judge Zahava Banar's Verdict stated that...
"Although I am the respondent, I would like to extend the validity of the mutual order that I have violated, according to my claim."
It was I, Elana Laham, the respondent, who presented the evidence – photos – showing that Susana Vexler, the applicant, not I, had violated the Mutual Protection Order by putting her trash on my side of the hallway.
So the only reasonable conclusion I can make based on the observables is that Judge Zahava Baner is a BRIBE-STER– judge who accepts bribe offers.

Thanks be to GOD'S, "LOVE WILL FIND A WAY. LOVE WILL SAVE THE DAY." In spite of Judge Zahava Banar's BRIBE-STER RULING, being that it is a Mutual Protection Order, Susana Vexler’s Protection Order against me has become my Protection Order against her. For similar to an Aikido Judo throw, the Mutual Protection Order uses my opponent's own power against my opponent, as it is Susana Vexler who harbors violent males and commits trash harassment, not I.
After the Mutual Protection Order was issued with the exception of Susana Vexler leaving her trash on my side of the hallway, once, Susana Vexler never left her trash on her side of the hallway, which she is permitted to do.
I wonder how many trees had to die to support the generation of so much paperwork and how many tax dollars had to be wasted to deploy the country's humanitarian services since all I ever needed was for Susana Vexler to keep her trash on her side of the hallway. But because Susana Vexler is a bully coward all she ever wanted to do was use her own garbage to victimise me with bullying.
This is what happens being that we all live in a Bully Culture. Let's all throw the Bully Culture away.
