On March 19, 2016, I tried to get into my eCO account with the copyright office in order to register for a copyright. I have had this account since 2013. When I attempted to enter my user ID and password it told me, "The user ID you have chosen is being used by someone else".
So I sent an e-mail to the Copyright Office asking, "Why is your website not acknowledging my password? It says it is being used by someone else! I am that someone else. I have had this password since 2013".

On March 21,2016. I received the following e-mail instructions from the Copyright Technology Office (CTO): "Login to eCO www.copyright.gov and enter user ID. Click forgot/reset password on the login screen and enter your information below to retrieve a new system generated password." The information below it was referring to was my name, e-mail address, and my security answer to my security question.

On March 22, 2016, I sent an e-mail to the Copyright Technology Office stating, "I followed your instructions below. But when I tried to re-enter my old password, again, it said it belongs to someone else!"

The Copyright Technology Office sent me an e-mail back with a new set of instructions, which stated, "Mac users (I own a Macintosh laptop computer):Chrome and Safari are not compatible browser(s) with our website you need to download the Firefox Browser at (www.mozilla.com)!"... "Create a new temporary password and proceed to login to eCO."

I sent an e-mail back to the Copyright Office stating, "I figured out how to resolve the issue. I entered in as a new user with a new user ID, password, and security question."..."Safari for Mac users is not compatible?! No one told me! Are you sure as I now have a new eco account?"

WHY IS THE GOVERNMENT COPYRIGHT OFFICE DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ME???
BECAUSE SOME WEIRD THINGS ARE GOING ON THAT OUGHT NOT BE HAPPENING!!!
I used both safari and chrome browsers and entered your eco website just fine.
But when I used firefox (like you told me to) java script became an issue. HOW WEIRD.
I was able to sign in as a new user with a new password, user ID, and security questions before.
Now twice I tried to sign in as a new user using different new passwords, new user ID's, and new security questions. But I keep getting a message that reads, "Someone else is using this password". HOW WEIRD.
What a coincidence that all three passwords just happen to be being used by someone else. What are the odds in the universe that this can happen? HOW WEIRD.
ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS COPYRIGHT MY WRITING!
DO YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY WRITING?
YOU ARE GOING TO LET ME USE THE ECO WEBSITE IF I AM WRONG.

On March 25, 2016, I tried to enter the United States Government Copyright Office eCO online website.
First, I used FIREFOX Browser. To no avail. I got a screen full of gibberish like I had gotten before claiming that my JavaScript is not enabled.

Apparently, the United State Copyright Office is deliberately preventing me from utilizing their eCO copyright website in order to stop me from copywriting my own written works. Evidently, they are doing this to thwart me from exercising my Freedom of Speech by trying to prevent me from being able to claim ownership of my own words.
