As with our domestic regular mail, the Karmiel Post Office unit was now forwarding all of our internationally shipped packages as well. However, the Karmiel Post Office manager Hananya Hazan was continuing to make trouble for us by TRIANGULATING the Lev Post Office manager Matka into harassing us some more regarding - LET’S SAY IT ALL TOGETHER NOW - The LandsEnd “Women’s Plus Outrigger Fleece Lined Jacket” with tracking number LX311127306US Parcel.
On February 7, 2017, we went to the Lev Post Office Unit where our new Post Office Box is located to pick up four parcel orders that were shipped internationally from the U.S.A. According to the Israel Post on the Internet they were available for retrieval. When we opened up our Post Office Box we found Israel Post notices for the four of them.

We presented the Israel Post notices to the manager, who told us his name is MATKA. He informed us that we had to sign for our parcels by scrawling our signature on the Israel Post notices. My spouse ordered all the packages so he signed for them.
Matka then handed over five instead of four parcels to us. I accepted the fifth parcel because I thought it was our fifth package, which was from LandsEnd and since it was coming from an international shipping company called Asendia who works in conjunction with another shipping company known as Direct Link. They were not going thru Israel Post but they were coming thru the postal system. So I was not able to track them online. But when we got home I noticed that the contents of the fifth shipment were described as “Women’s Plus Outrigger Fleece Lined Jacket” and had a tracking number of LX311127306US instead of the Tee Shirts I had ordered under the tracking number of BW70119000005 from Asendia and under the tracking number of CD205204774SE from Direct Link.
Ah Oh!!! - LET’S SAY IT ALL TOGETHER NOW - The LandsEnd “Women’s Plus Outrigger Fleece Lined Jacket” with tracking number LX311127306US Parcel was supposed to have been sent back to America EONS ago.
I had refused to accept it being that the Karmiel Post Office Unit had withheld it only to try and deliver it to me late AFTER I had already notified Borderfree that I had NOT received it.
I was NOT going to ACCEPT - LET’S SAY IT ALL TOGETHER NOW - the LandsEnd “Women’s Plus Outrigger Fleece Lined Jacket” with tracking number LX311127306US Parcel for two reasons.
1) It will be amoral and unethical for me to keep it since LandsEnd had already issued me a FULL REFUND for it - merchandise price plus shipping costs - because their shipping company Borderfree deemed that it was lost.
2) It was moral and ethical that the Karmiel Post Office Unit PAY for it for making it get lost in order to retaliate against me for the simple reason that I was unwilling to be victimized by its staff’s rude for nothing bullying behavior.
