In RETALIATION against me for my refusal to be victimised by manager Hananya and Roni and their BULLYING staff the Karmiel post office refused to deliver my two internationally shipped parcels from Macys and LandsEnd via Borderfree. In RETALIATION against me for my refusal to accept the two internationally shipped parcels from Macys and LandsEnd via Borderfree that the Karmiel post office refused to deliver to me in a timely manner the Karmiel post office was now refusing to deliver my regular mail to me.

On 12/18/17, we went to our post office box but found no mail in it. Amongst the pieces of mail we did not get was my spouse's pension check as well as the registered return receipt for a parcel we sent to Western Galilee Hospital.

So on 12/19/16, I sent the following e-mail to Israel Post:

"To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this e-mail to inform you that the Karmiel unit post office located at 8 HaGalil Street, Karmiel, Israel, 2010004, without our permission is REFUSING to send our mail to us.

Amongst the mail that we never received this month is our red card for a parcel we sent to the Western Galilee Hospital on November 9, 2016, which, according to the Israel Post, arrived there on November 13, 2016.

In addition, according to the Boeing Retirement Service Center our December 1, 2016, pension check was mailed from the United States to our old post office box located at the Karmiel branch post office.

We never received it. We are most concerned about the Boeing pension check as it is mailed to us on a monthly basis, and we LIVE on this money from month to month. The American bank that issues these retirement checks does NOT do direct deposit services or wire transfers into our Israeli bank. So these annuity checks can only reach us via the mail system.

Last month the Karmiel unit post office without our permission also REFUSED to deliver two internationally shipped parcels to us. One was from Macys via Borderfree and the other was from Lands End via Borderfree.

Moreover, we noticed that when we went to the Karmiel branch post office to check to see if we got any mail a metal partition was hanging over our post office box located at the Karmiel branch post office covering almost the entire inner portion of it. Is this metal “thing” some sort of “code” in post office lingo not to deliver our mail to us?

After what transpired between the Karmiel branch post office and us we REFUSE to enter the Karmiel unit post office ever again.

Instead we have removed ourselves from any further business dealings with them. Our old Karmiel post office box at the Karmiel branch post office is expiring on December 31, 21l6. As of November 9, 21l6, we have a new post office box at the Lav Karmiel branch post office.

According to the Boeing Retirement Service Center our December 1, 2016, pension check was cancelled, re-issued, and mailed from the United States to our new post office box on December 15, 2016.

We are citizens of Israel. According to Israeli law it is forbidden for the Karmiel unit post office to without our authorization DETAIN our mail.

If we do not receive the re-issued December 1, 2016, pension check by December 31, 2016, and if the Karmiel post office does not start sending the rest of our mail to us IMMEDIATELY, we will PURSUE LEGAL ACTION against the Israel Post (Respondeat Superior) for allowing them to continue to deliberately deny us our mail, most importantly our monthly Boeing checks.

For every Boeing pension check that we fail to receive as a result of the Karmiel post office refusing to do their job of delivering our mail to us we will sue the Israeli Post for the monetary value of each and every monthly retirement check. Plus any other related costs such as filing court charges and lawyer fees.

Furthermore, we are demanding that NO ONE who works for the Karmiel unit post office ever come to either one of our homes again for any reason. They have been harassing us by coming to our residences uninvited at any and every hour of the day and night, knocking loudly and repeatedly on our front doors, and rattling our doorknobs in an attempt to enter our homes!!!
