Instead I was unable to reach BullCrap Busters – my website. Nor was I able to reach Homestead – my hosting website. Google was telling me that these DNS addresses could not be found. I was all paid up for the month of October. So I was unable to fathom what was going on.

In all the three years that my website has been on the Internet nothing like this had ever happened before. This BLACKOUT occurred days after I had erected my Cyber Bullying Gohan web page.

HOW WEIRD!!!

So what happened?!

On October 21, 2016, I sent an e-mail to Compliance@homesteadsupport.com to inquire as to why the BullCrap Busters website was suddenly offline.

The following is my e-mail to Compliance:

“To Whom It May Concern:

Can you please tell me what is happening with my website?!

When I go to click onto it the search engines show it on their web page but say www.bullcrapbusters.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

Also when I go to log in to homestead the search engines show it on their web page but say homestead.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

I am paid up for this month.

On October 22, 2016, I received an e-mail reply to my e-mail inquiry from an S. Williams at Compliance that stated the following:

“Hello 

Thank you for your message.

You have reached the compliance team. Please contact our support team, as the compliance team is not able to troubleshoot technical matters.

Regards, 

Homestead Compliance Team”

On October 22, 2016, I sent an e-mail reply to S. Williams at Compliance that stated the following:

“To S. Williams,

Thank you for your prompt e-mail reply to my e-mail inquiry.

OK...

About 15 minutes after I sent you my e-mail dated 10/21/16 my website and homestead - my website's hosting site - became available to reach again.

Can you please give me a contact e-mail for your support team that does NOT have a no-reply address to it. So I can contact them? This has never happened before. So I'd like to know what happened?
